Who we are

Northern Fleet Compliance is the trading name of Deividas Pyragis, a sole trader based in North West England. We are the controller for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us by email at deividas.pyragis@northernfleetcompliance.co.uk or by phone on 07712 240450.

What we collect

  • Enquiries: your name, company, phone number, email address, fleet size and anything you tell us in your message.
  • Free checklist requests: your name, email address, company (if given) and whether you'd like compliance tips by email.
  • Clients: contact and billing details needed to provide our services and invoice you.

How and why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote, because you've asked us to (steps before entering a contract) and in our legitimate interests in running our business.
  • To provide our services and invoice you, to perform our contract with you.
  • To send the checklist you requested.
  • To send occasional compliance tips, only if you've ticked the box to agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To keep records we're required to keep by law, such as for tax.

When we review your drivers' records as part of our services, we do so on your behalf under our Data Processing Terms, which form part of our contract with you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and form host (Netlify), our email provider and our accounting software, and where the law requires us to. Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months.
  • Client records: 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to.
  • Compliance tips: until you unsubscribe.
